Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your article to request a return. Please follow each Section to learn more about Return, Refunds and Cancellations.
Returns
The charges included are 20% restocking fee on Product Invoice Value, mentioned and available on your Invoice. Additionally, Insurance + Shipping charges, is charged at (1.5% on Product Value to be returned + Shipping Charges).
The customer may book the shipment him/herself, if they wish, but it may only be booked via BlueDart or India (Insured Speed) Parcel only. Mandatorily, they need to ship the package insured, otherwise the full amount will be forfeited and no refund will be made.
Refunds
We will notify you when the Refund is approved, within 7 Days of receiving the return articles. On approval, you’ll be automatically refunded Same Day with Credit Note as Store Credit available to use till 1 year from Issue Date. You can see your Store Credit Balance on your Profile, as well as notified via email.
Cancellations
The order can be cancelled before the confirmation Call made next Day. Cancellation charges of Rs. 1000/- are applied for each Order Cancellation. Once the Carrier is booked after the Confirmation Call, there will be no Cancellation applicable. You may refer to Returns Section, once the Order is booked.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges on any products whatsoever. Please refer to Returns if you want.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice and order details.
How to Request Return
To start a return, you can visit Request Return page or contact us at hetmehta@holandsol.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the our registered Company Address.
1) Find your Order and select the Product that you want to return.
2) Confirm and Request for Return approval.
3) Once approved, we will contact you for pickup time availability and share return shipping label, and the order will be picked up.
4) Once the return is received at our registered Address, we will inspect and verify. Once approved, we will issue the refund same Day.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Loss or Theft
If found the customer is guilty of any wrong-doing while returning / shipping the Order, the article may be confiscated by the Company or the entire Value of the Product may be forfeited.
If the Article is Lost or Theft, when in Transit, the Insurance claim will be processed by the Customer him / herself, if self-booked. If the carrier was booked by hol . sol, then the Insurance Claim process will be undertaken by hol . sol, and the time to resolve the claim may take upto 60 Days, depending upon the Clarification made by the Carrier or Insurance Company. We are not liable to make any refund, until and unless the Article is found and handed over to us or the Claim is resolved.
If there is any Internal Issue to be found, we are liable to pay the full Return Amount accordingly, without any delay to Customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Customized or Personalized Articles. We also do not accept returns made or sold by any other Vendor or Seller than "hol . sol", which is the brand name, and Legal name of "Three Aces". Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
