Shipping policy

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our Products. It will apply on any Product you purchase from us.

 

All the Orders are shipped via our Shipping Partners and will be responsible for shipping your products. hol . sol does not undertake any Logistics Services itself. 

Free Insured Delivery is offered by hol . sol on all Orders. Every Order needs to be confirmed by Us, via Call before shipping. Only on Order Confirmation, the Carrier will be booked and shipped. All Orders will be delivered within 2-5 Business Days. 

We currently only ship within India.

If there is a delay for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will provide you a revised estimated date for delivery.

If the Order is Lost, Theft or Damaged, the Insurance Claim Process will take place. Temporarily, we may send the replacement or wait for the Order to be found and delivered to the Customer, as instructed by the Carrier.
